Meet Gail Yantis
Gail Yantis, FLMI, CLTC
Before founding Gail Brokerage, Gail served as VP Sales for a brokerage agency and spent over a decade with Prudential. Her career at Prudential spanned various leadership roles, including managing a nationwide program and directing the opening of life insurance offices in underserved communities. As a trainer in her final years at Prudential, she mentored teams to excel in providing tailored insurance solutions.
Transitioning to the independent brokerage channel, Gail has worked extensively with P&C agents to develop their life, annuity, LTC, and DI offerings. Her expertise includes handling significant cases, navigating complex underwriting processes, and addressing business/commercial insurance needs.
Gail holds life and property & casualty licenses and has earned both the Certified Long Term Care Consultant (CLTC) designation and the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation. Beyond her professional achievements, she is actively involved in local government, serving as both an elected and appointed city official.
Outside of work, Gail enjoys traveling with friends and family, spending time on the water, and cheering on her grandchildren in their sports and life pursuits. She believes in the power of relationships and takes pride in helping producers find the best products and processes for their clients.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the life insurance industry, Gail Yantis brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping clients find the right solutions.
